FEAR's doomed. I don't care what any of you Twats say, Because we all know deep down that we're skating on thin ice.

And this is nothing fixable. We're Destroying ourselves, All because the Higher Ups can't manage. As it is, We lost more then 7 High Ranks last month, And we're halfway through this month, and we've lost 6 already.

13+ High Ranks left in 2 months. That is not only Pathetic, but just shows our time has come. And no, this thread does not say "The End Is Near!". This Thread says; "We've gone on long enough, and now we've gotten ourselves into a Shitstorm we can't get out of."

I won't be leaving FEAR. No, not yet. I want to see this through to the end, unlike the cowards who want a head start to "Disappear into the Shadows". I may have next to no one left in FEAR, but I make do. Every person I've ever gotten close to in FEAR has left, Except for 2, Which are both most likely going ot be gone by Winter, If be make it there without tripping over our own Arrogance.

But you know what? I ain't gonna make this a Rant. I'll put some Discussion in this bloody thread.

Personally, I'll probably Switch accounts, Keep the Worth-while people on a new XF account, and Join some Background clan where no one will ever find me.

Well actually slasher, perhaps instead of Lejam saying that no more Majors (Like Ducky) can be accepted into Officer, he allows Majors to go into Officer because more Officers in turn goes to more Colonels, which means more High Ranks.

The High Ranks are the problem,

New HRs? Just remove all the inactive/worthless Colonels/Officers and replace them with Officers and Majors respectively?

Okay, I'll explain something to you.

When people get HR, They change. The only Exception I've ever seen is OJ.

When someone becomes a FEAR HR, they become power hungry, and overly-professional.

I guess Im obligated to give a few examples...

The majority of Colonels: Most of the new(er) Colonels are obsessed with trainings. It's kinda sad, seeing as how It's a 1/10,000 chance that the shout is not Training related.

Flaminwolf, Randomness, Optimus, Fireflame, Joshii, Simba, Power: This is just a Rag-tag list of Colonels that become more focused on their work then ever before, when they were promoted. Hell, I'd never heard of Power, Fire, or Simba before they got Colonel, and they are some of the primary trainers in their time of activity.

Kohl, Deathgiver (Gone): Both were, and are, Extremely good assets to FEAR, in terms of building. Death was by far our greatest builder, and Kohl is bar far our greatest scripter. Though, They can both be a bit immature at times.

As for the Generals, I don't have to go into much detail, but I'll make a graph as such:

Many, 13, Shaga------ Don't give a crap about lack/abundance of power.

44, Liav--------------- Can't say much about them at all.

Doctor, Ace, Lejam--- Basically a "Who's gonna kill who for their own Benefit", Situation.

Iroc, Pro-------------- They're too new, but Pro can be immature.

I host CTFs nowadays because I'm requested to do so on a daily basis. However, I believe I'm doing a good enough job as a trainer.

Also, haven't changed in any way. Other than being irritated at the stalkers, I haven't changed at all. I understand that this is just a game, so it's a hobby for me. I've become more strict, however it's just to keep up appearance. I continue to reply to messages asking legitimate messages with detailed explanation.

I've always had that lust. I was always asking the HRs to hold training sessions for me.

I understand the professional part, however I've always been like that also. When I became a COL, I felt that I could show it more.

Why did they leave?
Because they are dis-loyal HRs, who believe being an high-rank in the biggest ROBLOX on ROBLOX is simply easy.

I know you hate my guts, but those words do mean something now-a-days. Not many people would stick around after a Superclan dies.

FEAR will never really die. It might become totally chaotic, but even if all the good HRs leave that doesn't mean everyone in FEAR will kick the bucket. The fact that FEAR is the largest clan on Roblox gets people to join. Soon those new recruits will go and fill in the boots of the greatest high ranks.

SONIC is far too inactive to do anything if FEAR falls apart. There would be no redemption, There would be no new High Ranks, There'd be nothing to go for. And the reason not everyone would just go up and leave is because we have 30-40K Alts, and the LET+'s are our only active Soldiers.

SONIC is active enough to make new HRs and listen to his current ones.

FEAR will not fall.
