Seems none of the HRs know who i am. I've noticed for a while, you can't really stay Officer, unless you are known by HRs.

^ the only reason I ever stayed Officer when I was active in FEAR was because I had friends. I got demoted everyday by one person, who will not be named, but it was just because he didn't like me.
