I am now powerblade

Hello. I am formerly Officer Calmitain, but now I am powerblade. Powerblade is my main, and although Calmitain is older, powerblade was always my favorite. 
Why did I switch? Calmitain is my favorite alt, but is still an alt. I couldn't afford much, and powerblade has a lot more stuff to go with. I also believe that some respect from the low ranks and maybe even some of the upper ranks comes from your outside appearance. Plus, the name "powerblade" is just a namesnipe, am I right?
Why didn't I join as powerblade in the first place? Two reasons.
1. Some of my friends, I feel, hate FEAR. I didn't want any tension. However, after being in FEAR for two months, I'd rather have my main as an Officer than my alt.
2. I was testing FEAR's reputation. FEAR, as you all know, has a bad one. And the few small reasons it has a bad reputation overlooks the good side of FEAR by community standards. I didn't know that at the time. Back in 2009-2010, I believed the rumors along with everyone else. Getting more mature and wiser in 2012, I became skeptical of these rumors. I joined FEAR on an alt to test these rumors, and so that if they proved true, I could back out easily.
The rumors were proved false, although because of the typical PVT-CPL behavior, I believed they were true at first.
The hardest thing about this change is the relationships I'll have to reclaim. I already have people thinking I stole Calmitain's training place. Which, of course, would mean that I am stealing from myself.

Oh yeah, it was just 2010-early 2011 then, sorry. 2009 was when I was still a carefree idiot.
