New FEAR School? (Poll)

**PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE VOTING**

THIS IS NOT OFFICIAL! This is just gathering opinions. This will NOT ensure anything.

If a new FEAR School were to be made, it would have MANY improvements. For one, it would be much harder to graduate, and you would only be able to get to Major *IF YOU ARE ALREADY A CAPTAIN!* You can earn promotions in the main division at other ranks as well, but Officer is off limits (unless approved otherwise)

Additionally, FEAR School would do a lot more teaching. Various qualified HRs would teach building, scripting, combat, FEAR History, etc.

Plus, better HRs would be implemented and trained.

Yes, but I suggest we make FMA humanly possible before we remake divisons.

why do we need divisions to rank up in the first place, we should just do something new for the trainings instead, like implement the trainings to the main group, it would add so much variety

This division is not really needed, they are already many other divisions for all those ideas. Although we need to start incorporating grammar with our trainings.

@Ryan Yes, we have those divisions, but they don't really do much...FMA is inactive (So I've been told) and most of our other fun divisions like Air Force have been shut down.

Why don't we use a promotion system like mine or Iroc's?

Plus, divisions aren't that great. They go inactive most of the time. Every division is guilty of this.

Yeah, I agree, Powerblade. But divisions can be fun. I want to help make divisions active again.

I don't see why everyone has to be an ass about this.

We're being realistic. It isn't a bad idea, but it contradicts what we're trying to implement right now.

Plus, I'm totally against FEAR School.

I'm just asking for opinions, and I respect everyone's. Now, if the graduation system of FEAR School was scrapped, and it was more about learning rather than getting promoted, how would that change people's opinions?

Honestly, that's worse imo. I hated the fact that FEAR School felt completely like school. It was so boring.

Here's the thing; Although this idea is good, it still needs some work. The First Encounter Assault Recon has a lot of High-Ranks that are not online as much, so running this division could be hard. You're correct, the divisions that help in these areas are inactive. But what makes you think that this group will become inactive? Here are some things to think about;

What makes those divisions inactive? The people who are running it. We must make sure the people who are in charge are active, show good leadership, and can do what they're told. You must also take into consideration the amount of people who will join - a group without people will also make it inactive.

How will the promotional system work? If you do not plan out how to group will work, ranks of the groups, and who will help run it - people will be confused, the group will be a mess, and it will not stay active. Make sure you have all of it planned out before hand.

I understand, Ryan. But you also must see that I once ran FEAR School, and it was a very successful division. (Yes, it had major flaws, which this thread is trying to address) but overall it was very successful. It had daily trainings, active HRs, an active community, a well organized (with minor flaws) system, etc.

But I will be the first to admit it had problems. But like I said, this thread is trying to address those problems.
