So... I figured out...

I have "Delayed Sleep Phase Syndrome".
I would explain it professionally, but I'll just summarize it...
My "Internal Clock" is out of Average range, And I fall asleep normally around 3 AM, Instead of an Average 9-11 PM.
I can not go to sleep before midnight. I've tried. I can't.
My case is in a Severity level, As I do not feel tired AT ALL until after 3 AM.
I, for some reason, Fall back asleep at Noon sharp, And wake up a few minuets past 3 PM.
Soooo.... Jah. I tried going to sleep at 7 PM to fix it. It's now... 1:10 AM. Still awake.

How about... staying up to the point of exhaustion. Pull 2 all-nighters in a row. After that, try sleeping before midnight in the method that best gets you to sleep.
May not work, however if that's the case, then consider risk 3 in a row. Keep in mind the dangers of not sleeping for 3 days straight though...
