Need help with some Math.

So, There's 31 people I'm going to be fighting in RF.

I need to convert this into a Percentage scale, and Figure out how much Percent one person would be worth.

I know if it was 33, It'd be 3.3% for each person, But that's not the case.

It'll be about 3.2% percent per person. By the way, half of RF sucks. Some can't even beat me, and I'm not that hard to beat. e.e
