Low-Rank Meetings

Are the most boring, and time-wasteful events I've ever been to.  Forums exist for a reason.  

And if people are too illiterate to read, then there is no reason for them to be spoon fed information.

This explains why all the new-gen High Ranks are crap.

Oh and, FMA will be crap, no reason to bring it back, at this rate, FEAR is just like, dead.  

  The point of no return is among us.  Stop trying to change people, making people something they aren't is a terrible thing.  You wonder why other clans are doing so well? They're PROGRESSING.  The one time I tried out RAT, which led to my eventual demotion (My second, I believe), showed me so much.  I got close to some HRs, and I understood what makes a good clan.  You can have good HRs that act immature, as long as they know the times to straighten up and be mature.  With straight-up strict HRs, they aren't too favorable within the lower ranks.  No one wants to come on a game, get involved in activities, and then be punished because they don't "meet your maturity standards."  

I don't care for what your response will be to this, I'm speaking my mind, and I can't wait to see FEAR crumble.

I don't want to come back at this point, I don't think the others are interested anymore either.

The saying "Out with the old, In with the new" Is bull shit. FEAR's new HR's suck. They bloody suck. Half of them dont even host training. Hell. Half of them NEVER come on. And on the topic of the officers. Some officers are too inactive and NEVER host. They NEVER come on. If they do come on. They don't do anything for FEAR. I hosted a few trainings while trying to get more active. I get demoted. Dddd never comes on, He's still officer. LIKE WHAT THE BLOODY HELL.

And most of them just host a training and don't do anything new or different like hoverbike jousting or something. We join Roblox clans to have fun, not be a military as if we will fight a real war, fun should be the main objective in all clans. Most clans don't understand this and reprimand LR's on a daily basis for having fun, chatting on the wall, or generally trying to be funny. FEAR is pretty lenient though, but trainings are becoming a bore and trainings are about if you have a better computer or not. There's probably plenty of Robloxians out there who could be a good leader but a bad computer ruins it.

I don't really see the point of the current Low-Rank meetings. Having Low-Rank meetings in general is a great idea, however, the way that I've been seeing them ran is a waste of time.

It's really nothing but Questions and Answers, that is why forums exist.

Low-Rank meetings need to be in the best interest of the Low-Rank, hints the name "Low-Rank meeting". It can just be a simple thorn and roses session;

used to be in fear a year ago.
