Disrespect is becoming one of the Biggest Problems in FEAR.

Not exactly Sure when it become a Big problem, But according to DC, It has.

So, My fellow Fourmers...

We can't have a bunch of Unruly Soldiers being our Future HRs.

So, as the "Rather Sophisticated" Soldiers of FEAR,

Any of you have any ideas on where to start Hammering away at this problem?

Well, we should simply make note of the unruly soldiers and notice soldiers that deserve to be a high rank in F.E.A.R.

I'm guessing the HR's have tried that.

Guessing is not going to help. Anyhow, just keep the crappy soldiers at a low rank, and see if you can spot good soldiers in training. The problem is that HR's are promoting non sophisticated soldiers, so that there's not so many people stuck at a low rank.

Well it is hard when the HR's can't Control 125K troops.

True, but barely any of them bother to attend trainings anyway.

The fact that random people come to a training and starts killing everybody when they're suppose to be in a line makes me sick. .-.
