Ok, so my training was a wreck today. 6/3/12

It's me, Many. I held everybody at my training in high esteem. Apparently my training on 6/2/12 was a LOT better than the one on 6/3/12. So, I'd like to address what went wrong with it:

Immaturity: When I told everybody to keep talking, they would still talk. And some of them were goofing around. When I say, "Goofing around," I mean that they talking about off-topic things like "HOW DO U RECORD A VIDEO ON ROBLOX. I CAN'T FIND IT." Like, seriously? My training is not a Q&A about off-topic things. And some incompetent member started spamming up the whole chat place, interrupting the training. That just got more people to talk.

Lack of production: Apparently, I FFed everyone in the server. When late people came, the FFed people would go around slaughtering the defenseless. That's a double facepalm.

Disobedience: The FFed people slaughtering the defenseless would fit with this. And the talking. But what blew me up was the fact that some people were getting out of line. Huh? They need to listen. And when I asked them all questions about F.E.A.R., some people would give the incorrect answers that were not APPROPIATE at that time.

So, yeah. That got me to cancel the training at remain POed for the day.
