Venezian Law System

This Bill will allow the people of Venezia to Create a law, And fulfil it if it passes this Law Procedure.

Anybody can create a law, But the first step to creating that law. Is to Invent the law. Once you come up with an Idea, You need to Go to the supreme Court, But first you will need to Higher, Or Find someone who will represent your idea to the supreme court. And this Representative must be in the Supreme Court. Once you have found a Representative, Then he will present your Idea to a Council of 4 Grand Jury Members. Once the Grand Jury Members read over your bill, and listen to your Representative speak. They will either Pass the bill to the next phase, or Veto the bill. There must be a 3/4's Vote to pass, and If the Bill is Vetoed the Bill may not continue the process. And you either must fix it, or make a new law. If they Pass this bill, Then it will go to a council of 9 Justices. They will have you, and your Representative explain it, and why you think that this bill should become a law. Once you have made your word heard, they will vote. At this stage the Justices, may make changes to the bill, Such as: Spelling, Grammar, Improvements, And Add In's. ( An add in is something that would benefit them). If they Veto the bill, It will be sent back a step, back to the Council of 4 Grand Jury Members. And that process will start over again. If they Pass the bill with at least a 6/9 vote, the bill will move up to the next step, Which is the Chief Justice. The Chief Justice will then Present the bill at the next F.E.A.R. Meeting. Where there must be a council of at Least 10 People. There the Council will Vote on that bill, There must be a 7/10 Vote for it to pass. If they Veto It, It will once again be sent back a step, Back to the Supreme court Justices. Were they will vote on it again (If they continue to veto that bill, It will move back farther). If the Council at the F.E.A.R. Meeting Passes the bill, It will then Move onto the Commander. There he will Pass the bill, or Veto it (If they continue to veto that bill, It will move back farther). If the bill is passed the Bill is now a Law! But if the Commander does Not Read he bill for 10 Online (Must be Online, each time he's online it's One day.) Then the F.E.A.R. Meeting will vote on it, and if it passes once more. Then it's now a law.
