I want to say a few things.

In the past few months, I have noticed a massive change in FEAR. And personally, I don't think this change is all too good.

I'm going to go over a few key points in what I think are FEAR's Flaws.

First off, The Divisions. Almost all Non-Public FEAR divisions now require you to write a written Exam to get in. The only known Exception to me in ATC, And that was Already next-to-impossible to get into, Unless you were primarily A builder/Scripter.

I find this to be a problem for a few reasons, Some of which people do not realize. First off, Some of you may Remember "The Infamous Officer Exams". During these Exams that the generals Created, We lost Literally, A Fourth to half of the Best Officers FEAR ever Had. One of these Officers was Neowolf, Who last I heard, Went to UCR.

Also, After looking around a bit, I found a TRA Captain who stated the following:

"we actually have to work for our rank rather than just sending in an application that could easily all be fake and boom, you're in."

This states, That the "Application" System that all but one Private Divisions have, Is Massively Flawed. Even our greatest FIGHTING fighting division, Replica Forces, Has a WRITTEN EXAM APPLICATION, On top of the Actual Skill tests.

Secondly, The high ranks. First thing I want to address is a "Reply" to the Quote form the TRA captain above.

"You don't know anything about how our system works. Stop trying to criticize things you don't know about."

This was Written by Lejam, Our 4iC. Now, It's quite obvious, That Lejam is wrong in this situation. This guy is only a TRA captain, And he realizes a lot more about our System then our own 4iC. This is kinda sad, And shows that it is possible that some HRs may be in denial for the lack of Effectiveness in our systems.

Not only that, But I am beginning to Question what a Few High Ranks are actually doing. Either it be why they were Promoted, Or what they Actually DO.

An Example would be Njay, Why was he even Promoted? He did NOTHING for FEAR, Nothing at all. And SONIC Promoted him to Colonel for some random Reason, though I have a feeling it was just a foul attempt to up Recruitment.

Also, The Rank caps in both the Main group and the Divisions worries me.

First off, The Officer Cap. Throughout this Year, The Officer cap has bounced all over the place from 300 to 50, And everywhere in Between. Why doesn't SONIC just end the hassle and make a permanent cap for the rank, If it is REALLY that important. Same thing goes for the High ranks, And as it is, It seems general doesn't even have a cap, And Colonel is anywhere from 15 to 40.

As for the Divisions, Almost all Major Divisions have a really low rank cap. And According to Recent Officer Meetings, The Officers are considering making it a requirement to be in ATC, RF, MP, or HD, to become an Officer. If this is the case, Then the Officer cap will be Bouncing around even more. This is mainly because The HD cap and the RF cap are basically undefined at this point.

What I mean by this is, The HD cap was Rumored to be 150, Then it turned out to be 100. Then DC said it was to be lowered to 50, Which it was, But they are currently at about 70 or 80 in HD, Thus breaking the cap, Already.

As for Replica, The current Guide is Heavily outdated, So I don't even know how people are still getting in on a daily basis, Or how people would even be able to figure out that its full.

I have more to talk about, but I will put that in another topic when I have found A way to write it out.

But Discorded, the application gets you to a rank where you'll be exiled in two weeks if you don't pass the actual skills exam for RF. I'm in RF, so Ducky knows the scoop.

Hm. That went better then Expected. Haven't done one of my Opinion threads in awhile, but this one did turn out better then others, In my opinion.

I am a former RF Gamma Squad Leader, And I actually have a promised reserved position in RF, According to Flaminwolf. I'm just saying, Especially for RF, We're becoming WIJ, in terms of "Systems overly Complicated, and Ineffective".

13 is a very wise man. My only doubt is no manner how many of these I've ever made, and how many people Agree/Disagree with them, Nothing ever changes.

Also F.E.A.R. Airforce is the first Major sub-division, and it doesn't require any test to get in, but as a General in F.E.A.R. Airforce, I'm trying to make a skills test requirement.

This 'application' has kicked me out of RF, I passed 2 entrance exams, few months, BOOM. Kicked and having to 'work' for it.
