We need less trainings held by LRs.

Rarely are trainings ever held by HRs anymore. There are a few that host trainings by themselves, but for the most part I see Majors and Officers hosting trainings. If this is the case, what are HRs for?

Well,I hope you realize, that a lot of us have homework. Officers help us by training when we aren't able to. This also teaches them leadership, responsibility, and how to host training's in the future.

Powerblade, I know you host trainings yourself. As I said in the thread "There are a few that host trainings by themselves"
Sub, I was once an HR, I know what the "system" is. I had homework too, yet I still found time to host. (More in FEAR School than in the main division, but I still hosted nonetheless.)
