@Kohl Well in a way...it is. Wouldn't you like all of our members to be the best they can be? We teach them what they need to know to be successful in FEAR. Also, once someone Graduates FEAR School, they can fill out an application for Assistant Trainer, where they can learn leadership, so they will be prepared to be FEAR's next generation of HRs.

But wouldn't that be unfair to the others who don't get the special attention and actually try? Not many people know what FEAR School is, we should open it out more to the public. So more FEAR members who are excellent can become even better.

It is an open group. And it's not full of only people who need help in certain areas. We're open to everyone, and anyone who wants to earn a promotion, learn a bit more, ect. But your right, I think we should let FEAR know more about FEAR School.

By open it up, I mean let more people know about it, you need to shout out events in FEAR School on the main group every once in a while.

I'd say promote the older members. By the time I left FEAR, I was on one of the last Five pages. I had contributed a lot to FEAR, and so have many other Officers. But, it does seem like SONIC promotes more based on "First Impressions," rather than experience and commitment.
