Devastator at Alianor II

I want my Devastator at Alianor II for HCOM members.

Even if the thing isn't finished, just grab the one from the Underground base, recolor it, then stick it in!

Weapons are coming along slowly, right now we're working on the standard weapons, like Assault rifles.

Then we'll work on power weapons, like the Demolisher 2.0, Devastator 2.0, and some new ones.

@SONIC, Can build a Sniper, or get someone to make one for you, it would be helpful if you're on top of the gate and looking at the spawn.
