Should F.E.A.R. change the promotional system?

The First Encounter Assault Recon has asked for opinions on the current promotional system. If you have not read the forum, I suggest you do so.

Here are my thoughts on what The First Encounter Assault Recon should do;
1. Promotions from the rank of "Recruit" to "Private" should be given to those who are wearing the uniform, and have attend at least one group function.
2. Promotions from the rank "Private" through "Sergeant" should be done as followed;
Corporal: Has the group uniform, is active (attends group functions).
Specialist: Has met the previous requirements and starts to show developed leadership qualities.
Sergeant: Previous rank requirements, grammar improvement and shows more responsibility.
3. To get promoted any further they must meet the improved requirements from the previous rank and must be recommended.
4. The HICOMM needs to get active, half of the High-Ranks are not online anymore. The ones who are, just have different time zones.
5. More trainings should be held, at a variety of places. More defense practice should be held.
These are just my opinions on what should be done. Adding a point system would not work, for not enough High-Ranks are online enough to keep track - and it would be a lot of work. Just keep with the current system and make small changes.

This is a great concept, but would be EXTREMELY hard to pull off. HRs would have to keep track of what members do what, and it would just become a mess.
I like the idea of a point system w/ database.

@Fireflame09225 That is not entirely true. High-Ranks wouldn't need to keep track of anything at all - it's all done at real time.
The Recruit is noticed with the uniform at a group function -> Promoted
The Private is noticed with the uniform and seen at more than one function --> Promoted
And so on - there is not much to memorize, it's all done at the moment.

I think this is better than point system. LRs will get better relationship with HRs if they both know each other well through progress and this helps HRs to care more about LRs, many good people don't get noticed and wasted their talent.
