Hm, this has been in the F.E.A.R. talk a lot recently but HCOM have been telling majors there is currently no way of getting Officer from Major. Yet despite this the Officer rank has increased by around 7 people. This leaving all the Majors very confused.
I'm not speaking just for myself about this but for all the Majors; How do you get Officer now that FMA is gone?

The Generals are doing what they've done before FMA: Promote Majors that they think deserve it.
