FEAR Officer Cap

To be honest, I would like to see it at around 40

If it was at 40 they could possibly have the ability to shout

To keep the cap intact we could create a new system to get officer

Example: To get Officer you must be an active FEAR Member for up to 4 months and your current rank must be Captain. If you meet these needs you must take a private test with a General or Colonel who will test you on Leadership,Grammar,Respect and other traits you will need to maintain this rank. Then finally you will be added to a list that could be posted here or sent to SONIC via PM. Then he would promote you.

@Cole No! That would be a mess. About 75 people who can shout in FEAR? I don't think so. I think it should be around 75-100, that way we can keep an eye on who's active, and who's not...

And having Officers shout would ruin the whole point of getting Colonel. :3
