F.E.A.R. Officers

I looked through the Officer list and counted a total of 42 Officers that I've never seen at ANY F.E.A.R. base and or training.

And yet, some deserving F.E.A.R. members were deprived of their rank in the last reform.

I agree... We have lots of inactivity from some Officers.

I know you guys are busy with other stuff, but making the Officer cap lower, and demoting inactive Officers will make the current Officers more satisfied with their rank so they wont become impatient waiting for COL or feel like just an ordinary "joe".

I know that feel bro.

I'm not saying I feel like that, but I've seen so many Officers feel so disappointed with achieving Officer, when they shouldn't be, because there is so many inactive and undeserving ones as well. I just think that there should be a way to make them feel more prestigious.

But some of them will feel life they are high rank and take advantage of it, like a couple months ago

Then why keep the ones who take advantage of it as an Officer? Demote them without hesitation.

Being an Officer means your an Upper rank. I bet you 70%+ Officers don't feel like an Upper rank.

I was a COL, but anyway, Officer is a great rank. Any Officer would have no problem saying that.

I'm just saying, there are so many (42) Officers that are EXTREMELY inactive. You think that's helping the rest of the Officers' morale and self-esteem?

I believe we could make it better but I don't think its the most urgent topic right now.

Yes, one is needed really bad right now. We have so much trouble with Officers...
