What's your opinion on Officers hosting trainings?
Should they be allowed to host trainings, should they not, or maybe only a few chosen Officers may hold them?

I agree with both of you;

Some Officers aren't ready to host trainings, however, if you guys finish the Officer reform, it may be more than just a "few" when compared to the total.
