The Officers today are a joke.

When I joined FEAR, the Officer count was a little over one hundred. I was fine with that, and most were mature and I looked up to them. Today, as an Officer, the count is 198 and growing.

The number isn't the concern, it's how childish these Officers are!

When I host a CTF training, this is almost always the first thing that happens.
*Officer enters*
Me: Hello.
Officer: *Stands directly in front of me when there's a line behind them.*
Officer: Can I have admin/co-host/assist?
Me: Get in line.
Officer: But I'm Officer.
Me: Line.
Officer: Please?
Me: Don't make me say it again.

They finally get in line, but won't shut up about asking. Then, more Officers enter and the process repeats. Some of them don't even use grammar!

Who is promoting them? I understand I got Officer easily, however, I believe I've been Officer long enough and shown a good example enough to have earned my position. I'm a rather cold Officer as they go. I do not hesitate to discipline someone should they need it. I'm at my coldest and most mature when I host a training. I'm very fair, I give warnings, and I pick the right people to help me co-host.

When I pick someone that's not them, which I almost always do, they whine! Some of them even leave! You're putting immature kids in authority in one of the most powerful clans in Roblox! They try to show authority when they have admin, I've seen them at other trainings, but when in line they're horrible!

I'm not saying this about ever Officer, this is mostly among the newer half.

I'm not trying to start a reform, I'm just asking that the high ranks look at this and consider their options with the Officers. At least do something about this. Make things more strict.
